About FITA

The International Conference on Frontiers of Information Technology, Applications and Tools (FITAT) has established itself as an annual conference that provides a platform for the presentation and discussion of recent advances and future trends in information technology.

FITAT 2024

FITAT was initiated in 2008 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, following a proposal by Professor Oyuka of Mongolia. Initially, the conference focused on academic discussions in the field of information technology, research exchange, international collaboration, and the establishment of a network for international students. Since then, it has continuously expanded its research scope from core information technology (IT) to include artificial intelligence (AI), data science (DS), data mining (DM), and a wide range of related application areas.

From 2009 to 2021, FITAT was held in various Asian countries, including Korea, China, Mongolia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. In 2022, the conference was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was subsequently resumed and successfully held again in Mongolia in 2023 and in China in 2024.

The conference operates specialized workshops such as ICW and BIBM under the umbrella of FITAT. In 2020 and 2021, it also hosted the joint international conference IIHMSP-FITAT. In addition, the conference has extensive experience in internationally recognized academic publishing, including joint publications of conference proceedings with IEEE and Springer, as well as independent publication in the ACM Digital Library.

FITAT 2025 is scheduled to be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from December 11 to 14, 2025, with paper management conducted through the CMT Submission System. A total of 131 papers were submitted from 15 countries, and each paper underwent evaluation by two to three international reviewers. As a result, 61 papers from 10 countries were finally accepted, yielding an acceptance rate of approximately 46.5%.

FITAT 2026 is scheduled to be held in Cheongju, Republic of Korea, from October 30 to November 2, 2026, and is expected to take another step forward as a leading international academic exchange platform representing Asia.
